3-HYDRO in-line, dual-shafted, wastewater grinders operate at slow speed using high torque to reduce the size of damaging industrial process solids. This industrial grinder uses the same Muffin Monster technology upon which JWC originally built its reputation in municipal wastewater. Known for its ability to protect downstream equipment, 3-HYDRO in-line grinders keep pumps, valves, centrifuges and heat exchangers free from damaging clogs and fouling.

The 3-HYDRO easily reduces solids in industrial sludges, slurries and waste materials for improved solids recovery and dewatering. A portable 3-HYDRO in-line grinder is available for jobs requiring temporary installation. This skid-mounted, plug-in and grind solution comes complete with all controls for easy transport and quick installation.
