Small yet powerful, the 1-HYDRO In-line features dual-shafted grinders that rotate slowly but with high torque to shred tough materials like rocks, wood, and plastics. It comes with a standard 2-HP motor and optional 3- or 5-HP motors, depending on application needs, and can handle flow rates up to 550 GPM. The 1-HYDRO In-line is compact and can fit into pipelines up to 6 inches in diameter. It also has optional Wipes Ready® Cutter Technology that handles fibrous materials easily.

Versatile and flexible, the 3-HYDRO In-line grinder is perfect for many operations, including meat processing, recycling plants, and petroleum processing. It features JWC Environmental’s standard dual-shafted, customizable cutters that rotate slowly with high torque and can be installed into pipelines up to 12 inches in diameter. This compact grinder also has a standard 5-HP motor and optional Wipes Ready® Cutter Technology and can handle flow rates up to 2,450 GPM.

The 4-HYDRO is our most powerful In-line model. It features a 10-HP motor and dual-shafted grinders that can easily cut through rocks, wood, animal waste, plant waste, and other debris. This grinder can also come with Wipes Ready® Cutter Technology to better handle fibrous materials like rags and wipes. It can fit into pipelines up to 20 inches in diameter and handle flow rates up to 6,860 GPM.

Our self-contained stainless steel fish cleaning station quickly turns fish waste into slurry while effectively reducing odors. It features our 3-HYDRO Monster® grinder, a PLC controller to protect jamming and other damage, stain-resistant and self-draining polyethylene UHMW cutting boards, and two-plus spray wands with five programmable nozzles. This system meets the highest standards of the National Sanitation Foundation, can be managed unsupervised, and comes pre-plumed and pre-wired for easy installation.
