Our Auger Monster® features a Muffin Monster® or Channel Monster® grinder to reduce solids, a perforated fine screen to capture solids, a rotating auger to remove and transport the solids, and dual-wash zones that clean the screenings to reduce odor. This system also comes with an optional compactor that dewaters discharge to reduce disposal costs. This unit can handle flows up to 4 MGD and fit into channels as small as 12 inches wide.

The Bandscreen Monster is a fully enclosed system with an incredibly high capture rate. It’s designed to reduce fine debris, prevent odor issues, and eliminate problems in membrane bioreactors. It features screening panels (available in 2, 3, or 6 mm perforations) that limit hair pinning, and can be combined with our Screenings Washer Monster®, which cleans the screenings and reduces odors.

The Drumscreen Monster® is perfect for wastewater applications with high flows and lower solids content and for operations that need to protect sensitive technology, like membrane bioreactors. It features superior fine screening technology, customized perforated plate screen media, and a fixed external spray bar. It can handle flows up to 12,200 GPM and is available in multiple diameters and lengths.

This self-cleaning wedge wire screen is a recommended solution for scum applications or any wastewater process with high oil or grease loadings. It offers 100% overflow protection for flows up to 5 MGD and is designed to provide more material recovery for reuse. These externally-fed screens are available in multiple diameters and lengths.

The Finescreen Monster® is a durable, completely stainless steel separation system designed to handle tough solids and protect sensitive downstream equipment. It features a brushless cleaning system and easy-to-replace screening panels to lower maintenance needs. It also features optional Staple Guard UHMW polyethylene perforated panels to reduce hair pinning on the panels. The Finescreen Monster® can fit into channels as small as 2 feet wide and up to 20 feet deep.

Ensure best-in-class performance with our Monster Drum Thickener. This fully enclosed unit controls odors and prevents excess water during sludge thickening applications. It features easily replaceable woven wire mesh panels, which provide a 98%+ capture rate, a fast-action flocculation system, and a polymer mixing tank. Depending on the amount of solids content in the sludge, the Monster Drum Thickener can handle up to 1,900 lbs/hr of WAS 270 and 2,850 lbs/hr of WAS and primary sludge 405.
