Greg Queen

Managing Director of JWC Environmental

Greg Queen has been the leader of JWC Environmental since July 2019. Greg started his career at JWC Environmental as the Vice President of Global Operations. He has 20 years of global manufacturing and supply chain management experience driving profitable growth in both industrial and consumer products. In addition to 12 years of operations management experience at Emerson, prior to joining JWC, Greg was part of a turnaround management team at a multi-location unit of Masco. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in mechanical engineering and business administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine.

Rob Sabol

Rob Sabol

Vice President of Research & Development

Rob Sabol has been designing wastewater equipment for over 30 years, including development of most of the company’s current product offerings. Rob was key in the design of the new generation of Muffin Monster® and Channel Monster® series of products, which are the leading two-shafted solids reduction designs in the industry. He led the JWCE development team in creating the award-winning Auger Monster®, Screenings Washer Monster® and Honey Monster® products. He is currently named on eight patents for JWCE, with five patents currently in pending status. Before the wastewater industry, he worked in development for a successful deionized water conditioner manufacturer in the semi-conductor industry. Rob was educated at California State University, Long Beach.

Marvin Lee

Marvin Lee

Vice President of Finance

Marvin Lee brings extensive experience in the fields of finance and controlling. He joins us from Trivec Avant Corporation, where he was Business Unit CFO, Financial Controller. Prior to this he held various positions in finance and controlling, mainly in aerospace and defense. Marvin is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in international business from the University of Hawaii, as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State Polytechnic University.

Craig Neyer

Craig Neyer

Director of Human Resources

Craig Neyer has been with JWC Environmental since 2007. As the Director of Human Resources he oversees all facets of the HR function for the company’s international footprint. He has more than 25 years of professional human resources experience supporting national and international organizations in the industries of manufacturing and financial services. Craig has a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from California State University, Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business & Economics. He also holds national certifications from HRCI, Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and AchieveGlobal.

Scott Bennett

Scott Bennett

Director of Canadian Operations and Global Supply Chain

Scott Bennett has over 15 years of experience transforming purchasing departments into true supply chain organizations. As Director of Canadian Operations and Global Supply Chain, Scott and his team are responsible for strategic sourcing decisions for JWC Global as well as overseeing the tactical procurement for JWC’s main factory in Santa Ana. Prior to joining JWC in 2018, he honed his leadership skills steering global supply chains at Emerson as well as the battery technology startup Enevate. Scott holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in business administration and art from the University of Puget Sound, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Irvine and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
