The Bandscreen Monster® has rotating panels that are positioned parallel to the flow and as wastewater enters the screen it flows left or right through the perforated screening panels. This helps eliminate bypass since only the inner loop of the screen touches screenings. Panels available with 5/64″, 1/8″ or 1/4″ (2, 3 or 6mm) openings.
The Bar Screen Monster (R) is operated by means of a timer, differential level system, high water level or manual controls. It’s available with bar spacings of 3/8 inch (10mm) and up. Debris is removed at the discharge level by a pivoted wiper with UHMW blade and conveyed to the discharge point.
