In recognition of JWC’s dedication to quality and continuous improvement the company’s main manufacturing facility has achieved ISO certification. In June the Santa Ana manufacturing site was accepted into Underwriters Laboratories® (UL) Directory of Registered Firms in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, certificate number A16182.
The Quality Control staff spent a year working with dedicated employees throughout the facility on tests, procedures and audits in preparation for the ISO inspection.

The ISO quality management system is a proven means to achieve a quality assurance program – in turn enhancing JWC’s existing dedication to produce the highest quality products and provide excellent customer service.

As part of a select group of U.S. manufacturers who are ISO certified, JWC is required to pass regular audits of its quality assurance program. The certification helps ensure customer satisfaction and provides a continuous monitoring program for improvement.
