MonsterCare™ Service Contracts
Affordable three to five year, fixed-price, fixed-term service plans for the repair and replacement of your Muffin Monster grinders.

Monster Exchange
The Monster Exchange Program covers the Mini, Muffin and Macho Monster grinders as well as Channel Monster2.0 models. Also eligible is the grinder on top of the Screenings Washer Monster. An exchange unit is ideal for speed and minimum down time. The newly reconditioned grinder is backed by a full one-year cutter cartridge warranty.

Factory Repair
Breath new life into an old Monster – ship it back to one of our Product Support Centers for a complete rebuild.
Your unit is completely rebuilt, repainted and retested, there’s no charge for labor – you only pay for necessary parts. Backed by a full one-year cutter cartridge warranty.

Monster Prevention & Inspection (PI)™
Worry-free, Monster Friendly Check-ups. Monster PI is an affordable on-site service plan ensuring peak performance for your Monster. A JWCE Technician will visit every 3-6 months to analyze and adjust your system, provide in-depth performance reports, training, calibration, mechanical inspections and controller reviews. In other words – We’ll be there!
Monster PI is ideal for: Screenings Washer Monster, Honey Monsters, and Monster Separation System screens.
