Monster Exchange - Most Popular • Free Labor
We’ll ship you a newly rebuilt grinder before you even pull the old one out. The program is all-inclusive so ordering is easy – one quote covers shipping, refurbishing the grinder and return shipping for the old cartridge.
It’s the fastest service program in the industry and consists of three easy steps:
1) Call Product Support and provide the grinder’s serial number
2) We ship you a newly rebuilt cutter cartridge
3) Replace your old grinder with the new one and ship the old grinder back to JWCE. That’s it you’re done!
Please don’t forget to return the old cartridge so we can refurbish it for the next customer. Backed by a full one-year cutter cartridge warranty. Not available for all Monster Systems – ask your JWCE Product Support rep to confirm eligibility.
