Nobody knows Monster equipment like the people who originally built it. That's why JWC Support programs make so much sense. With five service options to choose from, there's sure to be a program that's right for you. Please have the grinder's serial number or sales order number ready when you call – found on the silver tab affixed to the top of the grinder.

 An affordable, iron-clad arrangement to ensure your Muffin Monsters operate at the highest level of efficiency for the longest period of time at a fixed cost.
MonsterCare is a fixed price, fixed term service plan for the repair and replacement of our grinders*. Within one year of purchasing a new unit, you may choose a 3 or 5-year coverage term. With a JWC repaired grinder, you may purchase a 3-year contract. At the end of the contract, you may renew MonsterCare in one-year increments. Eligible grinders include Mini Monster®, Muffin Monster®, Macho Monster and Channel Monster®.

2. Monster Exchange
Service doesn't get any faster or more convenient than this! When your Muffin Monster is due for service, call the JWC Service Center for your region, provide the grinder's serial number and ask for an exchange. We'll ship you a factory-reconditioned new cutter cartridge made for your specific model.
Once you receive the new unit, simply swap it with the old one. Ship your old grinder unit back to the Service Center and you're done! It's that easy!
The Monster Exchange Program covers all grinder models and is backed by a full one-year warranty for the cutter cartridge.

3. Factory Repair
 Breathe new life into an old Monster – ship it back to us for a complete rebuild. You'll get genuine Monster parts, assembly by a Muffin Monster professional and a complete inspection and grind test.
Your unit will be repainted at no charge and best of all, there's no charge for labor – you only pay for parts. Your rebuilt Monster is backed by a full one-year warranty for the cutter cartridge.

4. Genuine Parts Program
 A Monster isn't a Monster if it doesn't have genuine JWC parts. Don't settle for inferior substitutes. Our Service Centers are fully stocked with factory-original cutters, seal cartridges, housings, reducers, motors and more. We'll ship your parts order quickly, to keep you up and running.

5. Upgrade Option
Now is a great time to consider moving up a notch in Monster technology.
Switch to the latest Muffin Monster, or Channel Monster to handle increasing flow, or add our optional perforated drums for incredible capture efficiency. Perhaps it's time to add an Auger Monster to remove material, or even jump to one of JWC's Monster Separation Systems, which combine fine screens with the award winning Screenings Washer Monster!
