Auger Monster® - The perfect solution for small, rural and institutional treatment plants with flow rates up to 10 mgd (1,646 m3/h). The Auger Monster screening solution performs several headworks functions in a small footprint. The five stages (grinding, screening, washing, dewatering and compacting) result in discharged screenings that are remarkably clean and free of fecal material. It offers high flow capacity and excellent capture efficiency. The Auger Monster is also one of the easiest screens to customize and, if needed, reconfigure while in service. This is a popular replacement for bar screens which tend to be sloppy, smelly and the vertical bars easily allow small rags and debris to pass right through. Not the Auger Monster the perforated screening trough captures it all. The Auger Monster is the affordable all-in-one wastewater screen!

Bandscreen Monster® – Imagine a wastewater screen that provides complete protection from solids. Imagine no more. The Bandscreen Monster is a continuous loop fine screen that allows wastewater to flow through, while trapping solids inside the loop. This in-to-out flow configuration eliminates screenings carryover. In an independent study the Bandscreen Monster achieved one of the highest capture ratings among all fine screens. As part of the Monster Separation Systems, the Bandscreen Monster is integrated with our Screenings Washer Monster to grind, wash, screen and dewater the unwanted solids and wash fecal material back into the plant flow. Bandscreen Monster will pull large amounts of debris from the flow, and the SWM easily and quickly cleans it up, dewaters it and compacts it – ready for landfill disposal.

Chain & Rake Monster® – When you need a really big screening solution this automated bar screen system for you! Our Chain & Rake Monster can handle huge quantities of flow and debris in channels up to 50′ (16m) deep and greater. The bar screen is continuously raked to ensure debris is quickly captured and then removed.
Replaceable rakes are bolted to two bands of matched endless stainless steel chain that pass around a bottom UHMW guide track which eliminates the need for sprockets or shafts in the wastewater flow. The rakes capture and remove unwanted solids by bringing them up to the discharge point where a pivoted wiper with a nylon blade pushes the material into the integrated Screenings Washer Monster. Screenings are then ground, washed, dewatered and compacted for disposal.

Drumscreen Monster® – A robust fine screening system the Drumscreen Monster offers the highest capture rate of solids available. This internally fed design prevents bypass and removes large and small debris including hair and some grease particles. Drumscreen Monster is particularly popular for membrane bioreactor applications where the removal of debris is incredibly important in protecting the sensitive treatment process.

Finescreen Monster® – The trend towards fine screening is undeniable and JWC offers a leading technology – the Finescreen Monster. Designed for heavy flow applications this wastewater fine screen offers some of the highest capture rates and greatest flow rates according to an independent study of wastewater screens. The Finescreen Monster uses a continuous band of UHMW perforated panels to capture and lift solids out of the channel. Stainless steel panels are also available. A two-stage brushing and washwater system ensures material is sent to the discharge chute and the screen stays free flowing and clear. Debris then drops into the integrated Screenings Washer Monster for grinding, washing, dewatering and compacting.

Screenings Washer Monster® - New SWM-XE Design – One of JWC’s greatest technology achievements is our patented Screenings Washer Monster (SWM). This innovative washer-compactor includes: a powerful dual-shafted grinder that breaks up clumps and loosens fecal material for more efficient washing; triple zone spray wash systems that flushes fecal material off of debris and back into plant flow; and finally, incredibly powerful compaction and dewatering.
Discharged screenings are ultra clean, ultra compact and almost completely free of fecal material – they simply must be seen to be believed.
